FAQS

How should I prepare for my first session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and complete a brief intake form. Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate well beforehand, and avoid eating a large meal right before your appointment. I'll walk you through the process step-by-step so you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

What's the difference between deep tissue and relaxation massage?

Deep tissue massage focuses on releasing muscle tension, adhesions, and chronic tightness. It’s ideal for pain relief, mobility, and recovery.

Relaxation (Swedish) massage uses lighter, flowy, soothing strokes to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help the body reset.

Not sure which you need? Most clients benefit from a blend of both, and I tailor the pressure to your comfort level.

Where are you located, and what should I expect when I arrive?

I'm located inside The Epiphany Clinic in American fork, Utah. When you arrive, you'll enter a quiet, clean wellness environment designed for comfort and calm. I'll greet you, walk you into the treatment room, and give you a moment to settle in before we begin.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. this allows me to offer the time to another client. Late cancelations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. I understand that emergencies happen- Just reach out if something unexpected comes up.
